Long story short.
Back in May, a 14-year old guy named Javier Payne and his friends were visiting a Hookah shop.
The owner Nageib Aldaylam said nothing happened until the cops arrived.
The cops started to question the boys and they began to argue with the boys.
The police then smashed the Javier's head into the shop window, then LATER asked the owner if there was any footage on security surveillance of the boys doing anything reckless in the store.
OBVIOUSLY THERE WASN'T which the owner said. BUT WE GOTTA GET THAT QUOTA UP!
and guess what? The police never put the "head smashing" in the police report. But they did say "Payne tried to pull away and ACCIDENTALLY FELL THROUGH THE WINDOW" (just one question! Who accidentally falls through a window?)
What happened to the boy? "critically injured...underwent emergency surgery to remove shards of glass from his lungs, chest and heart...also charged with obstructing government administration and resisting arrest"
What happened to the cops? no word yet
